The 2024–2025 Academic Reappointment/Promotion Instructions for tenured and tenure-track faculty (non-library) in the AAUP-AFT negotiations unit are available below.

The suggested and preferred method to generate Reappointment/Promotion Forms 1-a through 1-d is by completing your Faculty Survey online. The Faculty Survey is a single point of data entry for all reporting needs, providing continuous and secure access to your personal data.
